"The hotel is nestled among one of many of Carmel's charming neighborhoods. The grounds are well cared for and have lovely flowers. The building is aged, but the rooms have been updated. Our's was equipped with a queen bed & premium bedding, ceiling fans, electric fireplace, coffee maker & mini fridge, plus satellite TV. On the second floor, a patio offers secluded seating and is covered by Passion flower vines with several potted roses. The staff are present to offer help & suggestions for the many restaurants located within walking distance. Every morning, a picnic basket is delivered to your door packed full of breakfast goodness!! Carmel is full of charm, art galleries and, of course, the sea! Can't wait to stay here again!!"
