Accessible features of the inn

There is no elevator. The inn has two floors, and rooms on the upper floor are reached by stairs. If you need a room without stairs, tell us when you book.

Accessible guest room

Our Accessible Queen room has mobility features:

• Wide entry and bathroom doors
• A bathtub with grab bars and a portable shower seat
• Handrails in the bathroom
• Closed-captioned TV

The room has a bathtub, not a roll-in shower. If you need to know something that is not listed here, such as a doorway width or the height of the bed or the toilet, call (831) 624-5547 or email [email protected] and we will check the room for you.

Reserving an accessible room

• You can reserve an accessible room during the same hours and in the same way as any other room: book online or call us.
• We describe the accessible features of the inn and of our accessible room on this page so that you can judge whether they meet your needs.
• We hold the accessible room for guests who need its features until all other rooms of that type have been rented.
• When you reserve the accessible room, we block it and remove it from all of our reservation systems.
• We guarantee that the accessible room you reserve is held for you, whatever else is booked.

If the online booking system is difficult to use with your assistive technology, call us and we will make the reservation for you at the same rates.

This website

We built this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice that means:

• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a link to skip to the main content.
• Text and controls meet contrast requirements, and no information is given by color alone.
• Photos have text descriptions, form fields have labels, and headings and landmarks are marked up for screen readers.
• Text can be enlarged to 200% and pages reflow on small screens without sideways scrolling.
• Nothing flashes, moves on its own or times out.

We check the site with automated tools and by hand when it changes. Online reservations are completed on choicehotels.com, which Choice Hotels operates and we do not control.
